It was a deluxe, tidy hotel. The reception staff was helpful. Loved that the room had climate control, a personal safe and a writing table. Coil was a restaurant with a quiet relaxed atmosphere, set 700 feet away. Great place for a 1-night stay.

My wife says that the only thing she wished for was a dedicated children's play area within the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located inside a shopping mall complex, with stunning views over the city and the Sea of Japan. Being directly across the famous market, we had easy access to delicious fresh sushi and sashimi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room had a nice view and a very comfortable bed.
All was perfect during our stay.

The hotel had a great location, being situated in the heart of the city which made it easy to explore Kanazawa without the need for taxis. It was just a few minutes walk to the main station and major tourist spots. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated, with huge windows which offered a panoramic view of the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly, often going above and beyond to make our romantic escape even more special.
The bad thing was the cleanliness of the room which needed a bit more attention. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and it was difficult to move around in it.

The hotel has a stunning view from the top floors, which is perfect during sunrise and sunset. The staff is friendly and speaks English quite well. The hotel is located near tourist spots and local restaurants, making it very accessible.
The rooms are smaller than expected for the cost, and the AC is inconsistent, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bathroom is quite cramped, and the TV often loses reception.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being situated in the heart of the city. I loved the fact that it was within walking distance of the train station, the main shopping area, and the major sightseeing spots such as the castle and parks. It made it so convenient to explore the city and make the most of my time there. The hotel also offered fantastic amenities, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay.
One thing that I didn't particularly like was the lack of seating in the reception area and the absence of toilet facilities. It would have been nice to have some seating while waiting for check-in or simply to take a break.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the great amenities and services provided. The location on top of a shopping mall is a unique feature, providing guests with the most amazing views over the city to the Sea of Japan. Additionally, the staff is very attentive to detail and ensures that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms on floors 10-15 of the tower block are spacious enough to accommodate four suitcases and come with good wifi and great views.
All was just fine.

The rooms are spacious and provide a nice view of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast, with its great views, is a must-try, especially if you enjoy fresh fish and delicious pastries.
All was satisfactory during my stay.
